The Annual Meeting of the Congregation
is called for
Sunday,  February 7, 2009 at 11:45 AM
in the Fellowship Hall
following the Deacon’s Pancake Brunch
The Purpose of the meeting is to:
Elect Church Officers – Elders and Deacons
for the class of 2013 and vacancies,
Elect congregational members of the 2010
Church Nominating Committee,
Receive the 2009 financial report,
Receive the 2010 church budget,
Report on church reserve funds, 
Receive reports of the committees and organizations, 

and Elect members of the congregation to serve on the
Pastor Nominating Committee.
