Cooking Club July 16, 4:00 - 5:30

The cooking club is an open group of anyone of any age who meet to try a variety of techniques to make dinner dishes. Take what you make home for your family's supper.

This month we will make Chicken Dijon, from Craig Claiborne's Herb and Spice Cookbook. Brown your chicken, simmer it until it is tender, and use egg yolk to thicken your sauce without curdling it. Bring the listed ingredients and equipment and we will supply the rest.
